Miami County Fair Pre-Entry (Pre-Entry CLOSES July 1st!)
- All 4-H exhibits MUST be pre-entered!
- Instructions for Entering Booths or Banners
- If you are entering a Booth and/or Banner, one of your club leaders will need to enter the booth and/or banner in the FairEntry System. To do this, after you sign in using your 4HOnline account, please add an exhibitor that is your club name. Then you will find the Booth and Banner department to enter the exhibit.
- 4-H Foundation and Project Clubs can enter the same way.

The following insects are listed as Threatened or Endangered by the Fish and Wildlife Service. Because of this, NO SPECIMENS of the below species may be caught or displayed in insect collections or educational displays. If specimens of these species are included in collection or educational displays, the exhibit will be dropped one ribbon placing.

Entries limited to DOUBLE CRUST FRUIT PIES only. The type of pie is limited to pies that are safe to exhibit at the fair. No cream or custard pies. Pies must be in a disposable pan. Pie recipe is required with entry on a 3” x 5” index card.
Exhibitor must bring the opened bag of King Arthur Flour or submit a UPC label from the flour bag when entering.
All baked goods will be donated to the Fair Board and will be auctioned following the judging. Proceeds will be donated to the Miami County Fair Association.
